What to look for in these before & afters

Most of the kitchens above started the way yours might: dated laminate or brown granite sitting on cabinets that were still perfectly good. Swapping the countertop — often with a matching quartz backsplash — changes the whole room without a full renovation. Other pairs show new kitchens getting their first stone: a Barrie kitchen that went from bare cabinet boxes on a Friday to Viatera Clarino by Wednesday, and a Beeton kitchen finished with a one-piece L-shaped top with no corner seam at all.

As you drag the sliders, look at the details that separate careful fabrication from a quick job. Where the seams sit — and where there aren't any. How veining flows across an island or wraps a 120° corner, like the Schomberg kitchen above. How a 45° corner sink lands dead flat under two windows. Those cuts are planned in our Newmarket shop before a slab ever reaches the saw, which is why they look inevitable in the after photo.

How a project like this runs

Every project here followed the same path: the homeowner sent rough dimensions and got a detailed quote in 24 hours; once they moved ahead we took precise measurements, fabricated the top in our own Newmarket shop, and our crew handled the install. For replacements that includes removing and disposing of the old counters, and most kitchens are installed in a day. If the precise measure differs from your numbers by an inch or two, the price doesn't change.
