We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share a hashed (encrypted) version of your contact details with advertising partners such as Google solely to deliver our own marketing — never for those partners' independent marketing purposes.

Advertising & Google Ads Customer Match

When you submit our contact form, we may use your email address and phone number to create and update advertising audiences through Google Ads Customer Match. Before this information leaves our servers, Google requires it to be irreversibly hashed, so your raw email and phone number are not shared. This lets us show XKitchens ads to people who have already contacted us and reach similar audiences.

To opt out of this use, email us at info@xkitchens.ca with "Ad Opt-Out" in the subject line and we will remove your details from our advertising audiences.

Marketing & Subscriptions

If you checked the "Subscribe for Free Design Quote" box on our contact form, we may send you occasional design tips, promotional offers, or new collection announcements from XKitchens.

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Emailing us at info@xkitchens.ca with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored on our web hosting servers located in Canada. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including:

• HTTPS encryption on all web pages
• Access-restricted directories for subscriber data
• Uploaded files stored with non-guessable filenames

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us by phone for highly sensitive information.

Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to complete your project and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up questions or warranty matters. Subscriber list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
