Every XKitchens installation is covered by a written warranty. You receive your warranty certificate when your project is completed — it is the authoritative document for your project and states the exact coverage for your materials and installation.

All coverage applies to installations designed, fabricated and installed by XKitchens. Because we fabricate in our own Newmarket workshop and install with our own crews, one company stands behind the entire job — there's no manufacturer, fabricator and installer pointing at each other.
Your Warranty Certificate
A warranty certificate is issued at the completion of every project. It records your project details, materials and the coverage that applies to them. Keep it with your home documents — and if you sell your home, the quartz material warranty can be transferred once to the new owner.
If you've misplaced your certificate, contact us with your name and installation address and we'll retrieve your project record.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us by phone at 905-235-5333 or email info@xkitchens.ca — we respond within one business day.
- Tell us your name, installation address and what you're seeing. Photos help us assess most issues quickly.
- We'll review it against your warranty certificate and arrange the next step with you directly — the same local team that built your project handles the claim.
