Colours that qualify: our verified vanity list — Essential and Designer quartz from Lucent, SuperStone, Caesarstone core and Silestone — and confirmed remnants from our stock; we confirm the colour and the piece before the price is final. Custom quote instead: cabinets over 60″ wide, tops deeper than 25″, two sinks on a cabinet under 48″, and Premium, porcelain, Dekton, bookmatched or ultra-premium slabs. No minimum-job charge applies to vanity tops. Prices before HST; the final price is a single fixed figure from your measurements.

How a vanity top order works
- Send the cabinet width, depth, number of sinks and the colour you like — or ask us for a remnant match
- Next-day quote: one fixed figure, installed or for pickup
- 50% deposit; your sink must be on site (or with us) at measurement, the faucet only on install day
- Cut and polished on our bridge saw in Newmarket, usually within two weeks
- Installed in one visit, or ready to collect at the shop
- Two-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer’s warranty on the quartz

How much does a quartz vanity top cost?
At XKitchens a top for a vanity cabinet up to 36 inches wide (a 37-inch top) starts at $790 installed or $490 fabricated for pickup, in a verified Essential or Designer quartz colour or a confirmed remnant from our stock. That includes one polished undermount sink cut-out, one faucet hole and a mitred edge. Cabinets 37 to 60 inches wide are priced by size band on your quote: 37 to 48 inches from $990 installed or $590 for pickup, 49 to 60 inches from $1,190 installed or $790 for pickup. A cabinet over 60 inches, a top deeper than 25 inches, two sinks on a cabinet under 48 inches or a premium material is a custom quote.
What is included in the vanity top price?

Installed jobs add delivery, installation and the standard undermount setup by our own crew. A second sink cut-out is $250, extra faucet holes are $40 each, an undermount bathroom sink from us is quoted by model, removal of the old top is a flat $150 for laminate or $350 for stone, and a colour that needs a half slab is quoted as its own line. HST is extra.
Can I pick up the vanity top myself?
Yes. Fabricated-for-pickup tops start at $490 and are ready at 1111 Gorham St, Unit 1, Newmarket; we help you load. Pickup orders do not include delivery, installation, removal of the old top or plumbing.
Which colours qualify for the vanity price?
Colours on our verified vanity list — Essential and Designer quartz from Lucent, SuperStone, Caesarstone core and Silestone — and confirmed remnants from our stock. We confirm the colour and the piece before the price is final. Premium lines, porcelain and Dekton, bookmatched or ultra-premium slabs are quoted individually.
