What does a slab backsplash cost?
It's quoted by the square foot at the same material rates as countertops — for quartz, typically $78–$118 per square foot installed (see our cost guide). A backsplash covers far less area than a countertop, so adding one to a countertop order costs less than most people expect. Request a quote for a firm number on your wall.
Can a slab backsplash be added to my existing countertops?
Yes — a slab splash can be installed on its own over your existing counters. It's a popular standalone upgrade, especially replacing dated tile. Send the wall's rough dimensions for your quote; we take precise measurements after the deposit, before fabrication.
How long does it take?
Next-day quote from your measurements. With a new countertop, the splash is fabricated and installed together with it; as a standalone project, installation is a single visit once fabrication is done.
